Although the general appearance of this object suggests a parasite, it is probably algae.

They can be found in human feacal specimens and their size range from 43-70um by 25-33um.

They appear to have a plug-like structure at each pole and could be confused with the egg of Trichuris trichiura.

The algae were probably ingested accidentally with food.
